Epsom Car Care Centre originated in 1994 in a town-centre premises in Epsom. Things grew quickly and the premises added the next door unit, and in 1996 the decision was made to move to its existing main site in Blenheim Road on the towns Longmead Business Park, allowing more space and the capability to handle more cars and happy customers.

The 6,000 square feet of workshop space allows Epsom Car Care to offer the complete suite of services to cars of all makes, models and ages. We have all the experience and high technology equipment to cater for your needs.

New national scheme to promote best garage practice

The Good Garage Scheme was formed because of the need for effective self-regulation of independent workshops and MOT centres. Motorists can use the website www.goodgaragescheme.com to find a trustworthy garage in their area.

Garages that join the scheme:

• Adhere to a strict Code of Conduct and pledge to have their customers’ best interests at heart
• Must agree that work needs doing with their customers before it is carried out
• Work to an industry-standard checklist
• Must supply each customer with a feedback card allowing them to give their views on service directly to the Good Garage Scheme, which operates a stringent complaints procedure
• Are subject to regular mystery shopper-style audits and face removal if they break the code of conduct.
